Thank you for shopping at Transparent Supps. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase within 30 days, we invite you to review our policy on returns and exchanges. Your satisfaction is our TOP priority.

At Transparent Supps, we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges for changes of mind or accidents such as wrong sizes or flavours ordered. However, we do not offer full refunds unless the goods shipped are not fit for purpose or are clearly damaged prior to use.

PLEASE LET US KNOW THE REASON FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE AND WHAT YOU’D LIKE TO RECEIVE INSTEAD.

The return/exchange amount should be equal or close to the amount of the previously ordered product/s and should in the same category of products. For example, supplements would need to exchanged for other supplements or apparel to be exchanged with other apparel.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

  • The goods are not fit for purpose

  • The goods are clearly damaged prior to use

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
